The five-month program equips leaders with tools to develop new revenue streams\, refine business models\, explore pricing and marketing strategies\, and build a strong online presence – all culminating in a showcase on December 11\, where participants will present their progress and future plans. \nNonprofit leaders are paired with mentors and Northeastern student co-ops specializing in business analysis\, marketing\, and design\, ensuring hands-on guidance throughout the program.
