The Security & Alarm division of EverCommerce , is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Business Management product team. This role reports directly to the Lead Product Manager and is focused on driving clarity and momentum across a large and complex portfolio of software products that help security and alarm dealers run their businesses. This is an opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in product management by owning the details that make product execution successful – working cross-functionally to ensure developers build the right things the right way.

Responsibilities: 

Partner with the Lead Product Manager to ensure the backlog is refined, well-documented, and ready for development
Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for product enhancements, bugs, and technical requests
Facilitate meetings with internal SMEs (support, training, customer success) to gather context, replicate issues, and document edge cases
Support backlog refinement sessions and sprint planning by ensuring stories meet the Definition of Ready
Help prepare discovery materials and documentation for new features or customer needs
Organize supporting materials like workflows, screenshots, support cases, and stakeholder notes
Serve as a liaison between customer-facing teams and developers, helping ensure issues are well understood before development begins
Follow up with stakeholders to resolve outstanding questions or missing information for development work
Contribute to internal product documentation and knowledge base articles
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product support, customer success, or product operations in a SaaS, B2B, or ERP software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you take pride in writing clear documentation that others can act on
Proactive and resourceful – you take initiative to schedule meetings, follow up, and get unblocked
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you can manage multiple work items at once and keep your notes in order
Familiarity with Agile software development processes, user stories, and backlog refinement
A strong interest in growing your career in product management
Experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar
Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating meetings is a plus
Knowledge of the security and alarm industry, business operations, or accounting software (AR, AP, inventory, service dispatch, etc.) is a plus
Where

This is a fully remote, US based position with minimal to no travel required. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 USD with an annual bonus plan in most US locations. Key responsibilities of this team include conducting cyber risk training and assessments, managing third-party risk, overseeing SOX compliance, and ensuring privacy compliance across global operations. The team also spearheads the development of governance policies and provides comprehensive risk management consultancy services. Led by an experienced manager, the group consists of 6 seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in risk management, compliance, and security. Despite its size, the team adeptly manages the diverse and complex aspects of IT risk and compliance within IDEXX.

As a Senior IT Risk & Compliance Specialist for our PCI program, you will be a functional IT Security Lead influencing the business managers and leading positive changes ensuring that the organization’s operations are conducted in a manner consistent with ethical business practices, organization policies, and legal requirements. 

Location: being located near our HQ in Maine is required, where you would need to be on-site a minimum of 8 days per month. If you are not local, you would need to be willing to relocate.

In this role….

You will be the lead specialist for the PCI compliance program, responsible for:

Maintaining and updating all relevant PCI documentation, including scoping documents, policies, procedures, etc.

Monitoring compliance to the PCI governance program

Facilitating PCI audit(s), being the main point of contact for the QSA

Communicating progress, results, etc.

You will conduct system risk and gap assessments.

You will also contribute to the development and review of security policies and procedures.

You will be part of the team who provides risk management consulting services to various teams within the organization, aiding in prioritizing issues for resolution.

You will support monitoring against internal standards within the program, acting as the second line of defense before internal audits.

As others on the team wear 3-4 “hats”, you will also juggle multiple roles within the team, including risk identification, quantification, and consulting.

You will facilitate risk assessments at the operational level, acting as a bridge between tactical and enterprise risks within the organization.

What You Will Need to Succeed… 

5 to 7 years of experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), Controls, Risk Assessment, Project Management, or Internal Audit. 
Experience in PCI is required for this role.

You have one of these certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CRMA or certification eligible

You know how to develop and implement controls and processes through frameworks like NIST, ISO, CIS, COSO, COBIT, etc.

You think strategically and focus on achieving goals together with your team.

You communicate successfully in person and in writing and develop strong relationships with all levels in the organization.

Wearlinq is reimagining ambulatory cardiac monitoring with the first FDA-cleared, real-time, six-lead EKG designed to be easier for patients, clinicians, and health systems alike. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and shape our clinical cardiology product portfolio. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who deeply understands cardiac rhythm monitoring and is excited to build the tools that power arrhythmia detection, reporting, and clinical decision-making at scale. You will work closely with clinical, commercial, and engineering partners to define strategy, deliver clinician-facing products, and influence the future of cardiac monitoring as we grow from fast-moving startup to enterprise health system partner.

Responsibilities:

Set Product Vision & Strategy: Define and prioritize the product roadmap for current cardiac remote monitoring product, focusing on tech internal tools, collaborating closely with director of product, commercial and clinical team.
Gather Requirements & Drive User-Centered Design: Collaborate with physicians, health systems, and patients to capture feedback and translate it into intuitive product features and interfaces.
Stakeholder Management: Gather feedback from internal teams (e.g., clinical, commercial, operations) and external stakeholders (from physicians, medical assistants, health systems, patients) to continually refine and improve products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with clinical, commercial, engineering, design, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in software product management, including translating complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into clear epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience applying techniques and methods of modern product management, product discovery, and product delivery.
Experience facilitating the development of product vision, strategic roadmaps, and launch strategy for services and products.

This role ensures that the organization’s people, systems, land, and infrastructure effectively support its mission, programs, and long-term sustainability while adhering to WNC’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Operations & Administration

Provide executive leadership for the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, ensuring alignment with Wolfe’s Neck Center’s mission, values, and strategic priorities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve organizational policies, procedures, and systems that support efficient, consistent, and compliant operations across all departments
Oversee administrative infrastructure, including office operations, internal controls related to operations, recordkeeping, and cross-departmental workflows
Partner with the Executive Director, Executive Team and Board of Directors to translate strategic initiatives into operational plans, timelines, and accountability structures

People, Culture & Human Resources

Lead the annual planning process, integrating strategy with budgeting and connectivity to long-range strategic goals
Provide executive oversight of all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, professional development, compensation, and benefits
Ensure a strong, consistent, and mission-aligned employee experience across the organization
Oversee the development and implementation of equitable HR policies and practices that comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

Support coordination between farm operations and other organizational functions to ensure seamless integration with programs and other administrative functions
Contribute to long-term operational planning for farm infrastructure, land management, staffing needs, and resource allocation

Property & Facilities Management

Provide strategic oversight of property, facilities, and grounds management across Wolfe’s Neck Center’s campus
Ensure facilities, buildings, and grounds are maintained in a safe, functional, and mission-aligned manner
Oversee systems related to maintenance planning, capital improvements, safety protocols, and vendor relationships
Partner with organizational leadership to plan for future facility and infrastructure needs in support of organizational growth

Risk Management & Compliance

Oversee operational compliance across the organization, including employment law, farm-related regulations, safety requirements, licensing, and insurance coverage
Ensure effective risk management practices are in place across people, property, and operational systems
Manage the organization’s insurance portfolio across all functional areas

Information Technology & Systems

Provide strategic oversight of information technology systems, tools, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology infrastructure
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align IT systems with organizational needs, including HRIS, operational software, data management, and cybersecurity practices
Lead technology planning and system improvements that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration

Compensation and Benefits:

The Managing Director of Operations is a full-time position based at Wolfe’s Neck Center in Freeport, ME. As a full-time employee of Wolfe’s Neck Center, this position is eligible for benefits including employer-paid health insurance premiums, dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and our retirement savings plan. Compensation commensurate with experience with a range of $110,000 to $120,000, annually.
